    水煤浆气化炉异常工况动态模拟研究

    Dynamic Simulation of Coal Water Slurry Gasifier under Abnormal Operation Conditions

    • 摘要: 水煤浆气化炉在操作参数大幅变化的异常工况下运行时,气化炉温度大幅波动,合成气中可能含有氧气,不利于工厂安全稳定运行。基于气化炉流场分布,在UnisimHysys软件中建立了水煤浆气化炉的反应器网络模型,以此为基础开发了气化炉的动态模型,研究了煤浆流量和煤浆浓度大幅降低两种异常工况下,气化炉出口合成气温度和组成的动态响应过程。研究结果表明:当煤浆流量降低30%(wt)以上时,气化炉温度超过2000℃,同时合成气中氧气含量不断升高;当煤浆浓度降低到35%(wt)时,合成气中氧气含量达到0.2%(v)左右。实际生产过程中应尽量避免煤浆流量和煤浆浓度的大幅变化。

       

      Abstract: Large variation of coal gasifier operation conditions can lead to substantial temperature change and possible oxygen existence in outlet syngas, which is harmful to safe and stable plant operation. A reactor network model for coal water slurry (CWS) gasifier was developed using Unisim Hysys based on the velocity profile of the gasifier, and a dynamic model was also built based on the reactor network model. The dynamic responses of temperature and outlet syngas composition regarding to CWS feed rate and concentration reduction were studied. The results show that the outlet syngas temperature is up to 2000℃ when the CWS feed rate reduces over 30%(wt) and the oxygen concentration increases observably. Meanwhile, the oxygen concentration of the outlet syngas is about 0.2%(v) when the CWS concentration reduces to 35%(wt). These results indicate that large variation in CWS feed rate and concentration should be avoided.
