    改性壳聚糖微球制备及其对阴离子染料的吸附行为研究

    Preparation of Modified Chitosan Microspheres and their Anionic Dye Adsorption Behaviors

    • 摘要: 从鱿鱼软骨中提取出壳聚糖,以壳聚糖为单体,二乙烯三胺和环氧氯丙烷作为交联剂,通过乳液交联法制备出了改性壳聚糖微球(DECM)。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析仪(TGA)等对改性壳聚糖微球的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,所得微球具有较大的比表面积和较多的活性位点。用静态吸附法研究了微球对两种染料刚果红(CR)和酸性绿50(AG50)的吸附行为,在25℃、pH 3.0的条件下吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,并且DECM对两种染料的吸附符合Langmuir模型,最大吸附量分别达到428.7和691.8 mg×g-1;由Freundlich模型分析表明,吸附行为为优惠吸附。利用0.1 mol×L-1 NaOH溶液经过5次吸附-解吸循环使用,微球对染料的去除率仍然能够保持在92%以上,表现出良好的吸附和再生能力。

       

      Abstract: Chitosan was prepared by alkaline N-deacetylation of squid pens β-chitin. Diethylenetriamine and epichlorohydrin modified chitosan microspheres (DECM) were synthesized via emulsion crosslinking using chitosan as monomer and diethylenetriamine and epichlorohydrin as crosslinker. The structure and properties of DECM were characterized by SEM, FT-IR, XRD and TGA, and the results show that DECM has large specific surface area and relatively more active sites. Adsorption of Congo red (CR) and Acid green 50 (AG50) onto the microspheres were studied with static adsorption, and the results show that the adsorption kinetics of two dyes follow the pseudo-second-order model. The maximal adsorption capacities calculated by Langmuir equation at pH 3.0 and 25℃ are 428.7 mg×g-1 and 691.8 mg×g-1, respectively. Freundlich model indicates that favourable adsorption mechanism can be applied for both dyes. Furthermore, anionic dyes adsorbed by the microspheres are successfully released using 0.1 mol×L-1 NaOH and the adsorption capacity remains over 92% even after 5 adsorption-desorption cycles.
