    120 kW氢燃料电池系统设计与试验分析

    Design and experimental study of 120 kW hydrogen fuel cell system

    • 摘要: 为解决百千瓦级氢燃料电池系统设计及部件选型问题,对120 kW氢燃料电池系统进行系统设计,分别对空气供给系统、氢气供给系统、冷却系统进行设计计算,系统集成后依据GB/T 24554-2022《燃料电池发动机性能试验方法》的相关规定对120 kW氢燃料电池系统进行了常温怠速启动试验、额定功率试验、稳态特性试验、动态响应试验。结果表明:系统额定功率达到120 kW,具备良好的高功率长时间输出稳定性,额定功率下系统效率为42.5%,效率最高可达58.5%,系统具备较好的实用性;为进一步研究百千瓦级氢燃料电池系统集成,加快氢燃料电池汽车发展应用提供了一定的理论参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of designing and selecting components for 100 kW hydrogen fuel cell systems, a 120 kW hydrogen fuel cell system was designed. The design and calculation of air supply system, hydrogen supply system and cooling system were performed, and system integration was carried out according to relevant provisions of GB/T 24554-2022 "Performance Test Methods for Fuel Cell System" for the 120 kW hydrogen fuel cell system, which was subjected to room temperature idling startup tests, rated power tests, steady state characteristic tests and dynamic response tests. The results show that the rated power of the system reaches 120 kW with good stability of high power output. The efficiency of the system under the rated power is 42.5%, and the efficiency reaches up to 58.5%, which makes the system more practical. This study provides theoretical references for further study of 100 kW hydrogen fuel cell system integration and accelerates the development and application of hydrogen fuel cell automobiles.
