    Ni2P/ppy/rGO复合材料的制备及析氧性能

    Preparation and oxygen evolution performance of Ni2P/ppy/rGO composites

    • 摘要: 为了设计和开发一种经济高效的析氧反应(OER)催化剂, 采用化学氧化法和水热法等方法, 使用聚吡咯(ppy)对还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)进行功能化改性, 再结合磷化镍(Ni2P), 制备Ni2P/ppy/rGO催化剂。运用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对材料进行结构和形貌表征, 再通过电化学测试研究了催化剂的析氧反应性能。结果表明, Ni2P/ppy/rGO具有良好的电催化性能, 在电流密度为10mA·cm-2时, 需要的过电势(258mV)较小, 表现出比ppy/rGO(319mV)、Ni2P/ppy(323mV)更好的电催化析氧性能。Ni2P/ppy/rGO催化剂相应的塔菲尔斜率(74.0mV·dec-1)也较小, 表明其在析氧反应中具有较好的催化动力学性能。

       

      Abstract: In order to design and develop an economical and efficient catalyst for oxygen evolution reaction (OER), the reduced graphene oxide (rGO) was functionalized by polypyrrole (ppy) and combined with nickel phosphide (Ni2P) to prepare a Ni2P/ppy/rGO catalyst.X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the catalyst.The results show that Ni2P/ppy/rGO has good electrocatalytic performance.When the current density is 10 mA·cm-2, the required overpotential (258mV) is smaller, which shows better electrocatalytic oxygen evolution performance than ppy/rGO (319mV) and Ni2P/ppy (323mV).The corresponding Tafel slope (74.0mV·dec-1) of the Ni2P/ppy/rGO catalyst is also small, which indicates that the Ni2P/ppy/rGO catalyst has good catalytic kinetic performance in oxygen evolution reaction.
