    CO2氧化乙烷脱氢制乙烯催化剂应用进展

    Research progress on catalysts application in CO2 oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane to ethylene

    • 摘要: 二氧化碳氧化乙烷脱氢(CO2-ODH)制乙烯具有重要的基础研究意义和应用价值。文中阐述了CO2-ODH反应的反应机理和关键科学问题(C-C/C-H键选择性断裂), 分析了催化剂活性中心的电子性质和几何性质、界面位点效应、金属-载体相互作用、催化剂表面酸碱性质、杂原子掺杂作用以及催化剂的失活和再生问题对CO2-ODH反应性能和催化剂构效关系的影响, 介绍了贵金属催化剂和非贵金属催化剂在CO2-ODH反应中的应用, 结合反应机理和关键问题提出了构筑高效乙烷氧化脱氢催化剂可能的方法, 最后对适用于CO2-ODH反应的催化剂研究进展进行了总结和展望。研究结论为研发得到具有较好活性、产物选择性和稳定性的CO2-ODH催化剂提供了借鉴和理论指导, 为其进一步商业化应用提供了有益的支撑。

       

      Abstract: The dehydrogenation of ethane by CO2 to ethylene (CO2-ODH) has important research and application values.This review focuses on the reaction mechanism of CO2 oxidation dehydrogenation of ethane and the key scientific issues (selective cleavage of C-C/C-H bonds).Effects of electronic and geometric properties of active sites, interface site effects, metal-support interactions, surface acid-base properties, heteroatom doping, catalyst deactivation and regeneration on performance and structure-activity relationship of CO2-ODH reaction are summarized.Moreover, this review introduces the application of noble metal catalysts and non-noble metal catalysts in CO2-ODH reaction, and proposes the methods used for constructing efficient ethane oxidation dehydrogenation catalysts based on the reaction mechanisms and key scientific issues.Finally, the research progress of CO2-ODH reaction catalysts are summarized.Research results provide reference and theoretical guidance for the development of CO2-ODH catalyst with good activity, product selectivity and stability, and provide beneficial support for its further commercial application.
