    甲醇合成催化剂动力学比较及性能模拟

    Kinetic comparison and simulation of methanol synthesis catalysts

    • 摘要: 目前针对工业中以合成气制甲醇的催化剂之间的定量对比还鲜有报道。文中总结了国内外7种甲醇合成催化剂的动力学模型,通过理论分析和计算流体力学模拟,计算了相同操作条件下各动力学模型的反应速率,分析了各类型催化剂在Lurgi型甲醇合成塔单根反应管内的反应效果,并对比了关键运行指标如温度和浓度分布、转化率和甲醇日产量等。结果表明,C-B型催化剂在合成气工况下反应速率较高,装填该催化剂的反应管具有最高的甲醇日产量。

       

      Abstract: Currently, few reports have been published on the quantitative comparison of catalysts for methanol synthesis from syngas in industry. The kinetic models of seven kinds of methanol synthesis catalysts at home and abroad were summarized in this paper. Through theoretical analysis and computational fluid dynamics simulation, the reaction rates of each kinetic model under the same operating conditions were calculated, the reaction behaviors of various types of catalysts in a single tube of the Lurgi-type methanol synthesis reactor were analyzed, and the key operating parameters such as temperature and concentration distributions, conversion and daily methanol yield were compared. The results show that the C-B catalyst has a relatively high reaction rate under syngas conditions, and the reaction tube filled with this catalyst has the highest daily methanol yield.
