    筛板浸润性对萃取塔水力学性能的影响

    Effect of Sieve Plate Wettability on the Hydrodynamic Performance of the Extraction Column

    • 摘要: 为了研究筛板浸润性对萃取塔水力学性能的影响,使用表面改性方法制备了多种不同表面浸润性的筛板。结果表明,随着筛板对分散相浸润性的增加,筛板促进分散相液滴聚并的作用增强,对液沫夹带和返混的抑制作用也增强,分散相液滴的停留时间增加,滞存率升高,萃取塔通量和允许的最大搅拌转速也增加;体系界面张力越大,筛板浸润性对分散相液滴聚并的效果越明显。为了获得更好的传质效果,对界面张力较低的体系,应使用对分散相浸润性较好的筛板,对界面张力较高的体系,选择浸润性较差的筛板为宜。

       

      Abstract: To investigate the effect of sieve plate wettability on the hydrodynamic performance of extraction column, sieve plates with different surface wettability were fabricated via surface modification. The results demonstrate that as the wettability of the sieve plates for the dispersed phase increases, their ability to promote coalescence of dispersed phase droplets is enhanced. This strengthening effect also improves the suppression of entrainment and backmixing, increases the residence time of the dispersed phase droplets, and raises the dispersed phase holdup. Consequently, the throughput of the extraction column and the maximum allowable stirring speed also increase. Furthermore, the promoting effect of sieve plate wettability on droplet coalescence becomes more pronounced in systems with higher interfacial tension. To achieve superior mass transfer performance, it is recommended to use sieve plates with moderate to good wettability to the dispersed phase for systems with low interfacial tension, while sieve plates with poor wettability are preferable for systems with high interfacial tension.
