    双金属有机骨架材料的制备及其吸附性能研究

    Preparation and adsorption properties of bimetallic organic framework materials

    • 摘要: 为了考察制备方法对双金属有机骨架材料氢气吸附性能的影响,通过直接合成法和金属离子交换法,制备CoNi-MOF-74,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP)和N2物理吸附对材料的结构、形貌等进行表征,测定了77 K、100 kPa下的氢气吸附性能。结果表明,该制备方法对材料的氢气吸附性能具有重要影响,由直接合成法制备的材料中,当原料液Co、Ni质量比m(Co):m(Ni)为1:1时合成的CoNi-MOF-74具有最佳的氢气吸附量,达到2.12%;比Ni-MOF-74氢气吸附量提高了24.7%,比金属离子交换法制备的最佳材料氢气吸附量高3.4%;该制备工艺简便高效,有利于实现双金属有机骨架材料的规模化制备。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of preparation methods on hydrogen adsorption of bimetallic organic frameworks, CoNi-MOF-74 was prepared by direct synthesis and post-synthetic ion exchange methods, respectively. The structure and morphology of the prepared CoNi-MOF-74 were characterized by XRD, SEM, ICP and N2 physical adsorption-desorption isotherm. In addition, hydrogen adsorption performance was further measured at 77 K and 100 kPa. The results show that the preparation method has significant effects on hydrogen adsorption. The hydrogen adsorption capacity of the CoNi-MOF-74 prepared by one-pot synthesis was up to 2.12% (m(Co): m(Ni) = 1;1), which was 24.7% higher than Ni-MOF-74 and 3.4% higher than CoNi-MOF-74 prepared by post-synthetic ion exchange. This preparation process is simple and efficient, which is beneficial for large-scale production.
