    液相化学法降解不饱和聚酯树脂及其复合材料研究进展

    Review on degradation of unsaturated polyester resins and composites using liquid chemical approaches

    • 摘要: 不饱和聚酯树脂及其复合材料是一种性能优异、应用广泛的高强轻质材料。众所周知,具有交联结构的不饱和聚酯树脂难以降解及回收利用,大量废弃树脂堆积已造成巨大的环境压力。液相化学法可在较温和条件下高效降解不饱和聚酯树脂及其复合材料,已成为此领域的前沿研究方向。文章系统综述了经由液相化学途径降解不饱和聚酯树脂及其复合材料的可行性方法,包括醇体系降解、胺体系降解、超/亚临界流体辅助降解、离子液体辅助降解等。同时系统分析了不同液相降解策略的优势及不足,探讨了未来研究所面临的机遇与挑战。

       

      Abstract: Unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) and composites are light materials with high strength and have been widely used. However, the crosslinked three-dimensional network structure makes it difficult to recycle, which results in serious environmental problems. Liquid chemical approaches can efficiently degrade UPRs composites under mild conditions. This paper is aimed to review liquid chemical degradation and recycling methods for UPR composites, including alcohol degradation, amine degradation, supercritical & sub-critical degradation and ionic liquids & microwave degradation. Meanwhile, opportunities and challenges in the future are overviewed via systematical analysis of the strength and weakness of degradation methods.
