    梭形和圆形板式换热器相变换热性能研究

    Comparative Study on Phase-Change Heat Transfer of Shuttle and Dimple Shaped Plate Heat Exchangers

    • 摘要: 以复合相变换热器在电厂锅炉烟气余热回收中的应用为背景,以水为工质,对梭形和圆形板式换热器相变换热进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明:梭形凹坑流道的含气率变化趋势与圆形凹坑流道及平板流道一致,但梭形凹坑流道的含气率要高于圆形凹坑流道和平板流道;与圆形凹坑流道相比,梭形凹坑流道的Nu明显的增大,f值变化不大甚至略小,梭形凹坑流道的PEC值由圆形凹坑流道的1.86~2.11提高到了1.98~2.27。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the application of composite phase-change heat exchangers in power plant boilers for waste flue gas recovery, heat exchangers with shuttle and dimple shaped plates were compared via three dimensional numerical simulation using water as the working medium. The simulation results indicate that gas rates in the shuttle-shaped flow channel is significantly higher than that in dimple and flat flow channels, although the profiles are similar. The Nu number of the shuttle-shaped flow channel is higher than that of the dimple flow channel. Meanwhile, the f number keeps unchanged. The performance evaluation criterion (PEC) value of the shuttle-shaped flow channel increases from 1.86~2.11 to 1.98~2.27.
