Isobaric Vapor-Liquid Equilibria of Sec-Butyl Acetate-N, N-Dimethylformamide and Sec-Butyl Acetate-Acetonitrile Binary Systems

摘要: 采用Ellis汽液平衡釜测得了在101.3 kPa下醋酸仲丁酯-N,N二甲基甲酰胺、醋酸仲丁酯-乙腈二元体系的等压汽液平衡数据,实验数据经Herington方法检验,均通过了热力学一致性检验。实验数据分别用NRTL,UNIQUAC和Wilson 活度系数模型进行关联,实验结果显示这三种模型均适用于醋酸仲丁酯-N,N二甲基甲酰胺、醋酸仲丁酯-乙腈二元体系。这三种活度系数模型都比较适合此两个二元体系并且显示了较好的收敛性,因此,该实验数据可为这两个二元体系的精馏分离提供了可靠的依据。Abstract: Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data of sec-butyl acetate-N,N-dimethyl formamide and sec-butyl acetate-acetonitrile binary systems were measured at 101.3 kPa with an Ellis vapor liquid equilibrium still, and the experimental data passed the thermodynamic consistency test using the Herington method. Moreover, the experimental equilibrium data were correlated by Non-Radom Two-Liquid(NRTL), Wilson and Universal Quasi-Chemical(UNIQUAC) activity coefficient models. The results show that all of three models (especially the NRTL model)have good agreements with the experimental data. The binary vapor-liquid equilibrium phase diagrams of sec-butyl acetate-N,N-dimethylformamide and sec-butyl acetate-acetonitrile can be obtained which provide reliable data for distillation design.
